Our first criterion is simple: the wineries have to be loved by the locals.
We carefully select vineyards and wineries that have earned the respect of their local Australian and New Zealand communities. These are producers with authentic stories, strong regional identities, and genuine connections to the people and places they call home. They support their local communities, care for their environment, and create wines that truly reflect where they come from.
For us, this is the most important part of what we do. We want to represent the wines that Australians and New Zealanders actually know, drink, recommend, and celebrate—not simply the biggest brands or the highest-scoring labels.
Many of the wineries in our portfolio are ones we've known since we were young, growing up in New Zealand and Australia. Others have been recommended by friends, family, winemakers, and locals who know exactly what's happening in the wine regions back home. They are the hidden gems, local favourites, and iconic producers that we'd happily open ourselves.
Just as importantly, these wineries capture the spirit of Australia and New Zealand. They reflect the relaxed lifestyle, warm hospitality, and sense of community that make both countries so special. That's the feeling we want to bring from Down Under to Europe.
We don't just want you to enjoy a fantastic bottle of wine. We want every glass to tell a story, spark a memory, start a conversation, or recreate that unmistakable Aussie and Kiwi way of bringing people together.
Because great wine isn't just about what's in the bottle—it's about the people, the place, and the moments shared around it.
